The Company

The company was incorporated in the State of Washington on October 1, 1998 as Internet Credit Network, Inc. In February 2000 the Board of Directors authorized and resolved to rename the company e-NetChina, Inc. Internet Credit Network remains the d.b.a. of e-NetChina for its domestic operations. e-NetChina is an international e-commerce solution provider conducting electronic transaction processing services worldwide. e-NetChina intends to rapidly become the market leader as an international payment gateway and ASP (Application Service Provider) by wholesaling transaction processing and services through an international network of resellers, and by aggressive merger, acquisition, and joint venture with other major Internet content providers, ISP's and ISO's and web developers in both China and the US. The company established itself in October 1994 as an early pioneer in the emerging Internet e-commerce industry, and has developed a stable business model.
